My goal in creating Best-Life Fitness is to provide customizable training services that not only help you achieve your fitness goals at any level, while making your program sustainable for the long term. My focus is to increase your over all quality of life. An all encompassing view on physical, psychological, and social factors is applied to my personalized program designs to give you the best, pain free experience possible. Programs focus on subjects like functional mobility, strength, sport specific training, flexibility training, nutritional coaching, habit triggers, craving awareness, meal preparation, and much more!
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
Humble Beginnings
I started my fitness journey as a 210 pound, obese 11 year old boy. I would get teased and bullied at school until I decided to make a significant change and joined a wrestling program. I lost 50 pounds in 4 months from consistent exercise and diet. Ever since then, fitness has been my primary life focus. I knew my purpose was to help other like myself to reach their full potential and life their best life possible.

Soon after I turned 50 my wife decided I needed help staying in shape. I thought I was already in good shape. I was active, doing yard work and my weight was good. But I listened to her and went to our neighborhood Brick Bodies where I met Jeremy. We started training and I soon realized how much help I really needed. To say I was inflexible was an understatement. On a scale of 1 to 10 my flexibility was maybe a 3. We started working on stretching and weight training that has greatly improved my balance, endurance, strength and flexibility. Along the way he’s helped me through elbow issues and bursitis in my hip.
Almost 10 years later I’ve followed him to another location and now to Best-Life Fitness. Even when I spent time working in Canada, I still kept training with Jeremy when I was home on weekends and holidays. Our twice-a-week sessions are a part of my week that I can’t imagine missing.
